Dr.
Chang attended medical school at the University of California, Los Angeles. He
completed his residency, as well as a fellowship at the University of California,
San Francisco. Dr. Chang is co-medical director of Newport Imaging Centers, located
in Newport Beach. Dr. Chang joined Newport Harbor Radiology in 1995.
