Dr. Mark Chen joined NHRA in 2001. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer/Secretary for the group. Dr. Chen is an author for STATdx, a diagnostic clinical decision support system. He is also on the volunteer clinical faculty at the University of California, San Francisco.
