Dr. Jia Chu joined NHRA in 2025. He graduated cum laude from Duke University in 2015 and cum laude from St. Louis University School of Medicine in 2019 with Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honors. He completed diagnostic radiology at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University in St. Louis, where he was published in two RadioGraphics articles (one as first author). He completed a fellowship in advanced abdominal imaging at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology with an emphasis on cutting edge MR imaging techniques and acted as the staff physician on the CT, US and fluoroscopy services.
